Our clinic is staffed by experienced professionals whose primary purpose is patient satisfaction. A “Patient Care Coordinator (PCC)” will be your primary contact point when discussing the ins and outs of whether this diagnostic information will help you. Our PCCs have extensive experience in patient care and pride themselves on helping you with the highest level of personal care. Again, it is our passion to increase you and your physicians’ understanding of what brain issues may be occurring, so we maintain the highest level of clinical practices.

Julie Banta, Vice President of Patient and Provider Care
Julie is the primary contact for prospective patients and referring physicians.  She has a Master’s degree and background in counseling and has worked in the brain imaging field since 2003. As the mother of a child who was misdiagnosed with bipolar disorder, Julie knows first-hand how brain SPECT imaging can help provide clarity for patients battling often mysterious brain function issues.

Wendy Ferrara, Patient Care Coordinator

Wendy works with prospective patients and referring physicians in order to help educate about the SPECT imaging process and facilitate an excellent patient experience. She has worked in the brain imaging field since 2005 and has a background in customer service, sales, sales consulting and homeopathic healing.

“I have chosen to work in this field because I strongly belive that SPECT imaging is an imperative tool in obtaining an accurate diagnosis and quality treatment of neurological and neuropsychological dysfunctions in the brain. I am deeply passionate about helping individuals achieve the best quality of living that they possibly can.”
